1. General Provisions
1. The official BITA website is the primary reference for all rules and regulations. These regulations constitute an initial version subject to review and amendment.
2. Fees and service charges published on the website may be changed at any time without prior notice, except for active memberships or previously agreed-upon fees.
3. Membership titles, specifications, services, and service forms may be modified at any time without prior notice, except for titles associated with active memberships.
4. Failure of a member to comply with BITA regulations may result in immediate cancellation of membership without any right to refund.
5. BITA is not responsible for any transactions conducted through non-authorized parties.
6. BITA does not sell or distribute members’ email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses to promoters. If a request is made to contact a member, BITA will obtain the member’s consent or provide a communication channel when a trainer is requested by an external entity.
7. BITA may enter agreements with training centers to provide specialized services such as periodic motivational assessments and issuing renewable training licenses for their trainers every four years.
8. BITA does not authorize the opening of branches in any country or city managed by individuals outside BITA’s official staff.
9. Representatives are not permitted to carry BITA stamps or issue certificates, membership cards, or training documents on behalf of BITA.
10. Financial transfers must be sent to BITA’s bank account or through approved transfer companies, and the sender must bear the transfer fees. BITA will provide transfer details upon request.
11. For original printed membership documents (new or renewed), international express shipping fees of $50 USD apply. Costs may be higher for countries facing political or logistical difficulties. Members may request electronic copies instead and postpone receiving originals.
2. Membership Regulations
1. BITA membership constitutes a contractual agreement granting the member all benefits associated with the membership type as published on the official website.
2. Membership applications may be submitted directly or through BITA representatives, accompanied by an ID/passport copy and a personal photo.
3. BITA will reject any application if the applicant does not explicitly agree to the final three terms in the application form.
4. BITA reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application that does not meet approval criteria.
5. BITA may publish members’ data and photos on its website.
6. BITA may use members’ names and data for promotional or welcoming purposes; photos require explicit consent.
7. Fees paid after receiving services are non-refundable. Refunds requested before service delivery will be subject to transfer fees.
